Not really familiar with the Portland area, I asked a friend if there was a good place for breakfast in town. He sent me to Norm‘s Place II. They were busy, but we were able to get a table as we walked in. Our waitress was absolutely awesome and friendly. Our coffee was never empty. The food was delicious & big portions. The price was cheaper than expected, which was an added bonus. Next time I have to go to Portland, I’m definitely stopping in again!

Great little diner, the waitress was right on top of everything, extremely welcoming, there was a running joke about one of the customers bringing in bananas for the waffles, everyone was having a great morning. I will go back every time I'm in town. Thanks for making my breakfast experience so memorable!

Decided to go to breakfast today at Norms. I had some of the best service I’ve ever had in my 26 years of life. Great atmosphere great food amazing people 10 out of 10 would come back again.

The owner here "Norm" doesn't just say hi he actually comes out and spends a little time with his customers. A wonderful trait that has been long forgotten in the restaurant world. Very welcoming, and the food is great. We will definitely be returning.
